What plans do you offer?

Sintra is available as a recurring subscription. We don’t offer lifetime plans.

All current Sintra X plans include:

  • All 12 Sintra Helpers

  • Unlimited workspaces

  • 15+ integrations

  • A monthly credit allowance (see “How credits work”)

  • 14-day money-back guarantee

Important: We no longer offer Individual/Solo Helper plans.

Billing periods (how you’re charged)

Sintra is billed upfront for the full term you choose:

  • 1-month plan (billed monthly)

  • 3-month plan (billed every 3 months)

  • 12-month plan (billed yearly)

The prices below reflect Sintra’s standard full-price plans currently available. These amounts do not include promotional discounts, special offers, or limited-time deals.

All prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges required by law will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing location.

How credits work

Your subscription includes 250 credits per month.

Credits are used when you start tasks with Sintra (i.e. when you choose to generate images or analyse data). Different actions can use different amounts of credits. See a detailed breakdown here. Background tasks like guided questions or your posts being published do not use credits.

  • Credits are included with every plan term.

  • Your credit allowance is monthly, even if you’re on a 3-month or 12-month plan.

  • You can top up your credits at any time at ⚙️ Settings > Usage & Billing.

Money-back guarantee (first 14 days)

Sintra offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Sintra X plans.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Sintra Support within 14 days of your initial purchase.

  2. Our team will review and process the refund.

📧 Cancelling your subscription does not issue a refund. You must contact support to request one.
