Learn about Sintra's pricing options, including plan types, billing periods, and the money-back guarantee.

We do not offer lifetime plans, only recurring subscription based plans. This article covers pricing available in website checkout, as Google Play Store and Apple App Store have their own pricing. Here's what you need to know:

Plan Types

  1. Sintra X Plan: Includes all 12 Sintra Helpers

  2. Individual Helper Plan: Includes a single chosen Helper

Billing Periods

Choose between two billing options:

  • Monthly subscription

  • Annual subscription (50% cheaper than monthly)

Starter plans

We charge for our plans upfront, meaning, that in order to purchase a subscription, you will need to pay the full price of the term you choose to go with. Each plan has a pre-set amount of monthly credits that are used to power advanced AI usage and reset each month.

Credit top-ups

When you have Sintra X subscription, you can also purchase credit top-ups to expand the bucket of available monthly credits. These top ups renew on a monthly basis. You can purchase multiple credit top-ups and cancel them any time.

Money-Back Guarantee

Sintra offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all plans if you're not satisfied. This means that you can reach out to support and request a refund within first 14 days of your initial purchase and you will be granted a full refund. If you request a refund after this time - you will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: subscription cancellation does not result in a refund. In order to initiate a refund request - you must reach out to support.
