We charge for our plans upfront, meaning that in order to purchase a subscription, you will need to pay the full price of the term you choose to go with. Each plan has a pre-set amount of monthly credits that are used to power advanced AI usage and reset each month.

Credit top-ups
When you have a Sintra X subscription, you can also purchase credit top-ups to expand the bucket of available monthly credits. These top-ups renew on a monthly basis. You can purchase multiple credit top-ups and cancel them at any time.

Money-Back Guarantee
Sintra offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all plans if you're not satisfied. This means that you can reach out to support and request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, and you will be granted a full refund. If you request a refund after this time - you will not be eligible for a refund.
