Workspace credits

Learn about Sintra workspace credits, what they are, how they're used, and more.

Credits are energy bars used to power advanced AI usage. They are energy bars that power Helpers to work smarter. Each workspace under your Sintra account has its own plan and available credit amount - separating the required Helper energy per each business. These credits cannot be transferred to a different account or workspace - credits are tied to an individual workspace.

Credits are required for the Helpers to use the latest AI models that ensure the best possible performance quality.

If a workspace runs out of credits, Helpers will still complete tasks, but their performance will drop significantly.

Credit usage

Credits are only used for automations and actions you or your team start. Background features that improve your overall experience don’t use credits.

Credits are used when:

  • You or your workspace team members chat with Helpers

  • You or your workspace team members use Helper power-ups

  • Helpers reply or complete requests in chat

  • Automations are active and run in the background (for e.g. generating replies to Facebook comments or generating weekly content)

Viewing workspace credit usage

You can see how much credit you have and have used in a workspace.

Accessing credit overview

To access the workspace credit overview, do the following:

  1. Make sure you are in the workspace that's usage you want to review. To check the workspace you are in click on the workspace icon in the upper-left corner. The workspace you are in will be highlighted.

  2. Go to workspace settings:

    • On browser app: click on the cog-wheel icon in the bottom-left corner.

  3. Go to the “Usage & Billing” section.

Note: In the future, we will also introduce statistics of credit use; however, as of now - they are not available.

Information in credit overview

Once you’re there, you will see information about your workspace’s:

  • Credits left for this month - displayed in the top-right corner of the usage card, for e.g. 100/200 means 100 credits are left for use for this month.

  • Credits used during this month - displayed after hovering on the grey part of the usage bar.

  • Remaining credits for this billing period - displayed after hovering on the blue part of the usage bar.

  • Credit reset date - under usage bar.

  • Current workspace plan - just below “your subscriptions” section.

Workspace credit plans

Workspace plans include a preset number of credits each month, depending on:

  • The payment provider (website checkout, Apple App Store, Google Play Store)

  • The plan you chose (Individual helper or Sintra X)

You can also purchase credit add-ons, a.k.a. Helper energy, anytime. You’ll find the full list of possible add ons in “Usage & Billing” section, but you can find more details on workspace credit plans in our article on Sintra’s plans and pricing.

What is a credit?

A credit is like an energy bar that enables Helpers to work smart. It's a measure unit for advanced AI usage.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You’ll get a pop-up reminder to purchase a credit add-on to obtain more credits. Helpers will still work, but with reduced performance.

How can I top up my credits?

You can purchase Helper energy top-up by purchasing an add-on on your workspace's plan:

  1. Go to workspace settings;

  2. Click “Usage & Billing”

  3. Under “your subscriptions” section, next to your current plan that is labeled “workspace plan”, click "+ Add credits"

  4. Choose the desired top-up plan. You will see the price you need to pay today for the credits to be added to your account as "Today's charge". The renewal price will include both the initial subscription and additional credit subscription next to "next payment".

  5. Click “Pay now”.

Once this is done, you’ll obtain more credits and your monthly renewal will change to the price according to the credit amount you’ve chosen. You'll be able to change the credit top-up plan (upgrade or downgrade it) anytime after clicking "Change my plan".

How can I remove credit top-up my subscription?

You can remove the credit top-up for the next billing period by going to workspace's "Usage & Billing" section -> Clicking "Change my plan" under the credit plan -> Clicking "remove" under the credit plan you wish to remove.

Once this is done, you’ll keep the current credit limit for the rest of the month and won't need to pay for credit add-on the next month.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel and manage your workspace subscriptions after going to the “Usage & Billing” section of any workspace and clicking “Manage billing” under "Payment & Invoices" section. It will open a Billing portal that will contain all of the active subscriptions associated with your account.

How do I download my invoices?

You can download your invoices by going to the “Usage & Billing” section of any workspace and clicking “Manage” on your plan. It will open a Billing portal that will contain all of the invoices associated with your account.

How do I get more credits?

You can get more credits only by upgrading your plan in your workspace “Billing & Usage” section.

When does my monthly credit limit reset?

Your monthly credit limit will reset on a monthly basis, on the same date and time that you started your subscription. For a detailed date and time, check your billing section.

Can I buy a top-up of credits?

Yes, you can choose one of multiple credit-add on plans in "Usage & Billing" section.

Can I get free credits?

We do not offer free credits for new users; however, you get 20 free credits when you create a new workspace in your existing Sintra account. Keep in mind that you must have a paid subscription first, in order to create workspaces with free credits.

How do I switch between different workspace settings?

You can switch between workspace settings by switching the workspaces first and going to settings from there.

What if I don’t use up the credits purchased?

If you do not use up the credits purchased - they will not roll over to the next billing period and will reset at the next charge date. You can request a full refund if the initial purchase was made within 14 days. After 14 days pass after payment - a refund for unused credits cannot be issued.

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. They reset at the start of each billing cycle.
