Subscription Cancelation (Website)

Learn how to manage, cancel, or modify your Sintra subscription.

Written by Vilmantas

If you subscribed to Sintra through our website (not the App Store or Google Play), here's how to cancel your plan.

Step 1: Go to Settings
• Log in to your Sintra account at app.sintra.ai
• Navigate to Settings from the main menu
• Find the "Plans" section

Step 2: Open Your Plan Details
• Click on the "Plan" section
• This opens a Plan Details view showing your current plan and billing info
• Find the "Manage billing" tab at the bottom of the page and click it.

Step 3: Click "Cancel Plan"
• Inside the plan details, you'll see a "Cancel plan" option
• Clicking this launches our cancellation flow, which may present you with:
• A short survey asking why you're leaving
• A final confirmation to proceed with cancellation

If you have any questions or experience any issues while canceling your subscription, please contact our Support Team via live chat or email, and we will be happy to assist you.

Canceling your subscription alone does not automatically trigger a refund.

What happens after you cancel?

Your subscription is NOT cancelled immediately. You keep full access to all your features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.

Once your billing period ends, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan (which includes 20 monthly credits).

You don't lose your account, data, or helpers — you simply move to the free tier with limited usage.

Can I change my mind?

Yes! If you cancel but your billing period hasn't ended yet, you can resume your subscription from the same Billing Details section. This will undo the cancellation and keep your plan active — no extra charge.

Can I downgrade instead of cancelling?

Absolutely. Before cancelling, consider switching to a lower-cost plan. You can do this from the Change Plan option in your settings. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Important notes

Free plans don't need to be cancelled — there's no charge.

If your subscription is managed through a shared workspace, only the workspace owner can cancel billing.

You can resubscribe to any paid plan at any time after cancelling.
