Learn how to manage, cancel, or modify your Sintra subscription purchased from a third-party provider. (Apple App Store & Google Play Store)

If you subscribed to Sintra through the Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android), your billing is managed by Apple or Google — not directly by Sintra. That means you'll need to cancel through the platform where you originally subscribed.


Cancelling on iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name at the top (your Apple ID)
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find and tap Sintra in the list of active subscriptions
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm the cancellation

Alternatively:
• Open the App Store app
• Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select Sintra and tap Cancel Subscription


Cancelling on Android (Google Play Store)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
4. Tap Subscriptions
5. Find and tap Sintra
6. Tap Cancel subscription
7. Follow the prompts to confirm

What happens after you cancel?

You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription doesn't stop the moment you cancel — you can continue using all your paid features and credits until the period runs out.

Once the billing period ends, your account moves to the Free plan, which includes 20 monthly credits.

You won't lose your account, your helpers, or your data — you'll just have limited usage on the free tier.​

Can I cancel from inside the Sintra App?

To fully cancel, you'll need to complete the cancellation through Apple or Google as described above. This is because Apple and Google require all subscription billing changes to go through their own systems.
