The Facebook Commenter automation helps you manage your Facebook Page by automatically generating reply’s to comments on your posts. The automation is powered by Cassie, the customer support helper, who reviews incoming comments and prepares draft replies — all you need to do is approve them before they go live. This keeps your audience engaged and shows timely interaction without having to monitor your Page constantly.

  • Saves time by drafting replies so you don’t type every response manually.

  • Keeps responses consistent with your brand voice and style.

How to set up the Facebook Commenter

To set up the Facebook Commenter do the following:

  • Open the automations icon on the left side of the screen.

  • Click on the blue window labeled “Facebook Commenter”.

  • Connect your Facebook account.

  • Select a Facebook page you’d like Cassie to monitor.

  • Give “additional instructions” on how you want the replies to be generated.

  • Click on the blue “continue” button.

That’s it! Cassie will now monitor your chosen Facebook page.

Managing replies with the Facebook Commenter

  • Cassie review’s new comments and generates response drafts.

  • You can view the suggested replies, edit them if needed, and then approve or skip them.

  • Once approved, the reply is posted to Facebook.

Tip: For best results, set up the automation before publishing posts — so Cassie can start assisting right away.

Limitations & notes

  • The Facebook Commenter can only reply to the first comment in a conversation - it can’t reply to a reply.

  • Currently it only support Facebook pages.

  • You must approve or skip all comments that require review before receiving the next batch of comments.
