If you're unable to post to Facebook and/or Instagram via Soshie or via Soshie's Social Media Manager automation, do the following:
Verify Your Instagram-Facebook Connection. To manage your Instagram and Facebook pages through sintra.ai, ensure your Instagram Business or Creator profile is linked to a Facebook Page via the Meta Business Suite.

βReconnect the Integration. Try removing the existing connection in app.sintra.ai/brain and adding it again in Incognito mode.
βCheck Facebook Business Integrations:
Log in to Facebook and navigate to Settings & Privacy.
Scroll down the left-hand menu and select Your Activity and Permissions β Business Integrations.
Locate Sintra in the list of active apps and click View and Edit.
Ensure that all toggles are switched on to grant the necessary permissions.
If the issue persists after doing these steps - make sure you're:
Using Soshie for scheduling social media posts as she's the only Helper that can do this;
Using the correct prompting if you're using Soshie to schedule posts in chat;
Approve/schedule the social media posts in Soshie's content calendar.
