Integrating your Instagram and Facebook accounts with Brain AI allows seamless content sharing across both platforms. You can manage posts and engage with your audience all from one place. This integration simplifies social media management, enhancing your online presence and engagement.
Connecting an Instagram account to a Facebook page
Follow the steps below to set up a connection between an Instagram profile and a Facebook page:
Important: Only professional (business or creator) Instagram accounts can be connected with Sintra.
Log into Facebook, click your profile photo in the top right, and select the page you want to switch to.
Once chosen, click your page's profile picture in the top right once more. Then click "Settings & privacy".
Click "Settings"
On the left side menu, under "Permissions", click "Linked accounts".
Click on Instagram
In the new menu, press "Connect account"
In the new window, press "Connect"
Choose your login method
When finished, you will find your Instagram account in the linked account field. This will allow helpers to make Instagram posts.
You have now set up a connection between your Instagram account and Facebook page! If you have multiple Facebook pages, make sure to repeat the steps for other Instagram profiles. Once finished, you can start the integration process for Brain AI.
Connecting a Facebook Page
To start using your Facebook or Facebook + Instagram account in Sintra, you will need to integrate it into Brain AI. To make an integration, follow these steps:
Click on the Brain AI button in the sidebar
Locate the Facebook/Instagram integration, click "Connect"
Click "Connect" again, and then "Add new account"
In the new window that appears, enter your account information and press "Log in"
In the next window, allow Sintra App to integrate
The connection to your account will be made and the "Connect" button will change to a green checkmark
