When your post is ready, a pop-up will prompt you to:
(Publish now): Post instantly
(Schedule): Schedule for later
Note: If you're planning posts in chat, use (Schedule) to ensure your posts are set for future publishing.
Accessing Soshie's chat
Click Soshie's card from the home screen (button: Soshie)
Go to the social media manager calendar view, click (+ Create content) above the calendar, then choose (Create with Soshie)
Tips for using chat effectively
In the chat, Soshie can create images and write descriptions based on your prompt. Be clear and detailed about what you want, especially if you have a specific vision.

Mention the social media platform, page, and format (e.g., Instagram story or post)
Clearly state your expectations and vision for the post
Steps to create posts
1. Add visuals (if needed, some platforms do not require images)
Generate images with Soshie
Use your own images
Upload and edit images directly in chat
2. Draft your post content
After choosing your image, ask Soshie to draft the post
Include your expectations: topic, hashtags, platform, format, and image alignment ( If this data is not given, Soshie will automatically build the post based on the info it has)
Soshie uses your Brain AI context to generate the post
Give feedback or request changes if needed
3. Publish or schedule your post
When ready, prompt Soshie to post or schedule, and specify the platform/page
If posts are scheduled, approve them in the Social media manager
Image generation
Open a chat with Soshie and describe what you want
Specify items, colors, placement, and any text (with font/color details)
Mention the social platform, page, or format if needed
If you want to edit a generated or uploaded image, tell Soshie what to change.
Uploading images
Use the (paper clip) icon in the chat box to upload images
Uploaded images can be used in your post
Instant publishing
Prompt Soshie to “post now” or something similar to this, and a drop-down box will appear with a (Publish now) button
Click (Publish now) to post instantly
Published posts are visible in the content calendar (button: Social media manager)
Scheduling posts
Prompt Soshie to “schedule a post” or something similar to this, a drop-down box will appear with a (Schedule) button
Provide a date in chat or select it in the drop-down calendar
