Uploading images:
You can upload images to your Brain AI library. These images are available for use in your social media posts.
To include an uploaded image in a Soshie post, reference the exact image title in your chat prompt. The title must match exactly for Soshie to recognize and use the image.
When creating a post manually (not through Soshie chat), you can upload images by clicking the “Click to upload or drag and drop” button. You can find and upload media or simply drag it onto the same spot and drop it.
Image use in automated posting:
When using the social media manager’s automation feature, images are automatically selected from your Brain AI library for posts.
Each image is used only once in automated posts. Once an image is included in a scheduled post, it is flagged as “used once.”
The system is designed to avoid reusing images across scheduled posts, ensuring visual variety in your content. Used images remain in your Brain AI library but are excluded from future automated posts unless you take specific action.
Reusing images:
If you want to use the same image again in a future post, you have three main options:
Manual selection from media library: When creating a post, you can choose an image directly from the media on your Brain AI. This allows you to reuse any image as needed.
Manual reference in chat: Reference the image by its exact title in chat to pull it into a post.
Re-uploading: You can also re-upload the image to make it available for future automated scheduling, but manual selection is easier and preferred.
Images are not automatically recycled or reused by the social media manager after their first use.
Image availability:
Images are never deleted or archived after use—they always remain searchable in your Brain AI library.
The prevention of accidental image reuse is a default behavior of Soshie’s social media manager.
