If you want to set up an integration only with Instagram but not a facebook page - you have to have a Facebook that exists. The Facebook page does not have to be functional; however, it has to exist and the Instagram profile has to be connected to it. Otherwise, the integration will not work.
You will be able to choose to post only to Instagram though!
