Viewing existing knowledge
To view existing knowledge in Brain AI - go to the Brain AI tab, then open the “Knowledge” section. This will display all knowledge stored in your workspace.
To search for a particular piece of knowledge, use the search (magnifying-glass) icon and enter keywords. This searches across snippet text, link contents, file names/descriptions, image titles/descriptions.
You can also filter by knowledge type (memory snippet, webpage link, file/image/video) or by privacy status (all / public / private).
Adding knowledge
You can add knowledge in a few ways:
Manual addition — the most precise. Steps:
1) open Brain AI →
2) go to All Knowledge
3) click “+ Add” →
4) choose the type (snippet, link, file, etc.) →
5) fill out details
6) click “Add.”From chat — you can save chat messages (your messages or AI Helper responses) by clicking a Brain icon beside the message or asking a Helper to "save to brain.” This will create a summarised snippet of the information.
Note: Summaries created by Helpers can lose nuance or detail. For important or complex content (e.g. brand guidelines, legal text, instructions), it’s better to use manual save to preserve exact wording.
Editing existing knowledge
To edit existing knowledge:
Click on any item in All Knowledge
Edit its fields (e.g. title, description for snippets/images; link or file metadata)
Click “Save.”
For website links, only the link field exists (no title/description editing).
Deleting knowledge
To delete a knowledge item:
Locate the item in All Knowledge.
Click on it
Press “Delete.”
Note: The deletion is immediate and irreversible — there’s no undo.
