Agent Helpers

Agent Builder is live. Create your own custom Agent Helpers with their own personality, skills, and expertise.

Written by Ally

Agent Builder is now live for all users

• Build custom AI helpers tailored to specific roles and workflows in your business

• Agents are powered by Brain AI, so they inherit your brand voice and business context from day one

What this means:

Go beyond the 12 built-in helpers and create specialized agents scoped to any task — onboarding leads, managing niche workflows, handling a product vertical — with full access to your integrations.

Agent Builder

The Agent Builder lets you create your own custom Agent Helpers beyond the 12 pre-built ones.

What It Does

Build custom helpers with their own personality, expertise, avatar, and skills — then use them just like the built-in ones.

Creation Flow (Step by Step)

Creation happens through a conversational interface: you chat with the system while a guided canvas tracks progress:

1. Role Definition — Define the helper's job. The AI generates a personality file (SOUL.md) and behavioral rules

2. Look/Avatar — AI generates an avatar (with background removal). You can request up to 3 revisions

3. Description — Define what the helper does (42–200 characters)

4. Boundaries — Set limits and restrictions for the helper's behavior (up to 500 characters)

5. Skills Setup — Configure specific capabilities and automated workflows

6. Save — Everything is persisted to Brain AI as a structured knowledge folder

Naming Rules

• Must sound like a person's name (e.g., Remi, Tova, Nalo)

• Short (1–3 syllables), single word, starts with uppercase

• Cannot reuse a built-in helper's name

What Gets Created

Each custom helper is stored as a structured folder:

SOUL.md — Core personality, behavior, and expertise

Rules folder — Safety guidelines, communication style, behavioral restrictions

Skills folder — Custom workflows and procedures

look.md — Visual traits description (so the avatar can be recreated)

Three Types of Helpers

  1. 12 Helpers

Sintra initially offers 12 AI Helpers, each acting as a specialized AI employee with industry-specific knowledge and tools:

  1. Buddy – Business Development

  2. Cassie – Customer Support

  3. Commet – eCommerce

  4. Dexter – Data Analyst

  5. Emmie – Email Marketer

  6. Gigi – Personal Development

  7. Milli – Sales Manager

  8. Penn – Copywriting

  9. Scouty – Recruiting

  10. Seomi – SEO

  11. Soshie – Social Media Management

  12. Vizzy – Virtual Assistant

Each Helper has a distinct name, visual identity, and quick-use tools tailored to their role (e.g., Buddy has a marketing strategy generator, Soshie a LinkedIn post writer). They grow smarter over time through Brain AI, which lets them learn about your business. They also support web browsing, Google search, and third-party app integrations (Gmail, Instagram, QuickBooks, etc.)

This is your helper's home base.

When you open any helper — in this case, Buddy, your Business Development strategist — you'll see:

Who they are — Buddy's avatar, name, and specialty are front and center — you always know who you're talking to

What they do — A clear description below the name. No guesswork — each helper tells you exactly what it does

Chat input — Type your request, use the mic for voice, or attach files) And Buddy gets to work

Settings panel (shown on the right) — Tap the Settings button to view or edit Buddy's profile and description. This is where you can customize what Buddy knows about your business

Tasks section (at the bottom) — Automated tasks you've set up for Buddy — recurring work on autopilot, like weekly competitive reports or daily market scans. Searchable.

It's designed to feel like opening a conversation with a team member who already knows their job — you just tell them what you need.

2. Your Custom Agent Helpers

Create these in the Agent Helper Builder.

Key differences:

User-created — You build these from scratch in the Helper Builder by defining a name, role, personality, and instructions

Fully editable — Unlike pre-built helpers, you can change everything — name, avatar, instructions, and behavior

Fully deletable — You can permanently remove these helpers. Pre-built Sintra helpers can only be hidden/unhidden, not deleted

They function the same way as pre-built helpers once created — they can run automations, use brain data, and be assigned tasks

Agent Helpers = custom AI assistants built for any role or workflow not covered by Sintra's 12 defaults.

3. Hired Helpers (installed from Marketplace)

These are pre-made helpers from the Marketplace — built by Sintra or other users.

Here's how they work:

Pre-built by others — Someone else designed the helper's core identity (name, avatar, role, personality) and published it to the Marketplace

You "hire" them — Installing one adds it to your helper roster, ready to use

Core identity is locked — You cannot change the helper's avatar, name, or fundamental role — that's protected by the original creator

You can customize behavior — Once hired, you can add your own rules and skills to tailor how the helper works for your specific needs

Think of it like hiring an employee — They come with a set identity and expertise, but you can train them with additional instructions for your workflows

Hired Helpers = ready-made Marketplace assistants you can customize, while the creator's original identity stays intact.

Skills

  • Helper Skills — Live inside a specific helper's folder, scoped to just that helper

  • User Library Skills — Personal automation library available across all helpers

All agents also have system-level skills:

• Slide/presentation creation

• Spreadsheet generation

• Automation building

• Website building

• Marketplace management
