If you haven’t yet completed your onboarding to Sintra AI in this video, we’ll walk you through the full Sintra onboarding process, step by step. You’ll see exactly what to expect when signing up, how to answer the onboarding questions, and what each step means for setting up your workspace.

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Upload key business Documents

Sintra’s Brain AI thrives on knowledge. Upload your most important business files—guides, policies, templates, and FAQs—so the platform can deliver precise, relevant answers and automations. Think of Brain AI as your workspace’s collective memory: the more you feed it, the smarter it gets. Organize documents by topic and keep them updated for the best experience.

Tip: Upload your most important, up-to-date documents first and organize them by topic—this helps Brain AI deliver faster, more accurate answers for your team.

2. Make Sintra yours

Personalize your profile

  • Click your profile icon in the top left corner.

  • Select the cogwheel (Settings).

  • In Settings, you can:

    • Upload a profile photo

    • Edit your name

    • Choose your profile color

Add your Brand to Brain AI

  • Head over to Brain AI.

  • Upload your brand materials, including:

    • Company logo

    • Brand guidelines

    • Key visuals

3. Setup core Integrations

Power up Sintra by connecting your essential tools — Sintra supports 1,000+ integrations powered by Composio, from Gmail and Google Drive to LinkedIn, Facebook, CRMs, developer tools, and more. Integrations unlock new actions for helpers and enable automations. After connecting, test each integration to make sure everything’s running smoothly—this step ensures you’ll never miss an update, message, or opportunity.

4. Explore and Customize Helpers

Sintra offers specialized helpers for different business needs—Social Media Manager, Finance, Admin, and more. Explore each one, tailor their settings, and align them with your daily workflows. You can pick and choose which Helpers are most relevant to your business and set up their specific capabilities.

Tip: Prioritize setting up the Helpers most aligned with your immediate needs first. Once they’re running smoothly, expand to others gradually.

5. Set up Automations and Recurring Tasks

Take your Sintra experience to the next level with automations and recurring tasks. Use automation tools to schedule recurring tasks, trigger workflows based on events, and streamline repetitive activities. Once configured, these automations will save you hours every week.
