If you want a workout plan that actually fits your lifestyle, your goals, and the way you move, Gigi can build it for you. By connecting Strava, Gigi learns from your real activity data and turns it into a plan that makes sense for you.

Before we begin, here's what you need to know

  • Gigi builds a workout plan tailored to your goals - running, strength, cycling, you name it.

  • Strava gives Gigi your real-world activity data, so your plan matches your actual fitness level.

  • Your prompts guide the process - the clearer your message, the better the plan turns out.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1 - Connect Strava

  1. Open the Brain AI page on Sintra.

  2. Choose Strava and connect your account.

  3. Approve the access request.

Once connected, Gigi can automatically see your latest runs, rides, or workouts and use them to personalize your plan.

Tip: You can view a guide on how to connect Strava integration here.

Step 2 - Start a Chat with Gigi

  1. Open a chat with Gigi.

  2. Make sure your Strava account is synced, and you’re ready to go.

Step 3 - Describe What You Want

Tell Gigi what you’re aiming for. The more specific you are, the easier it is for Gigi to create something that feels right for you.

Here are some great examples:

  • “Create a 6-week 5K plan to help me improve my speed.”

  • “I want two strength-training sessions added to my weekly routine.”

  • “Make me a beginner cycling plan focused on building endurance.”

Step 4 - Review and Adjust

  1. Gigi will analyze your Strava data and generate a personalized plan for you.

  2. Review the plan to make sure everything feels right - the schedule, the intensity, and the types of workouts included.

  3. If needed, send follow-up prompts to adjust the intensity, frequency, or types of workouts.

Tips for Best Results

  • Be specific: Clear goals = better recommendations.

  • Keep Strava synced: Updated activity means your plan stays accurate.

  • Adjust anytime: Your plan isn’t final - Gigi can tweak it whenever you want.
