When you connect your YouTube account to Sintra, you unlock powerful analytics and content publishing capabilities through chat. This integration works seamlessly with Sintra's Social Media Manager to help you maintain a consistent video content strategy across all your platforms and is designed specifically for video creators and businesses who want to streamline their YouTube workflow.
Note: this feature is of limited availability as of now. It's available to a small amount of our users and will be available to everyone later on.
Helpers can do the following actions when YouTube integration is set up:
Get channel information/analytics, like:
subscriber count
view count
video count
list of videos
Retrieve specific video's analytics, like:
views
likes
comments
Upload and/or schedule videos
Before using YouTube actions in chat, you need to connect your YouTube account to Sintra. Once connected, Sintra can access your channel data and manage video uploads.
With YouTube integration Helpers cannot:
edit existing video content or descriptions
delete published videos
modify video thumbnails after upload
access or modify video comments
manage playlists or organize channel structure
retrieve historical post data (post scraping not available)
access YouTube Studio advanced analytics
manage livestreams or premieres
modify channel branding or layout
access detailed audience demographics beyond basic analytics
manage monetization settings
modify channel permissions or collaborators
access or manage YouTube Partner Program features
modify privacy settings for existing videos
post anything else apart of videos
These actions have to be done manually by you in YouTube.
Now this is out of the way, let's dive into each action activation!
Getting information on your YouTube channel
You can easily get information on your youtube channel by simply asking the helper to return information on your YouTube channel; however, you can also go into specifics like:
Retrieve subscriber count
To retrieve subscriber count on your YouTube channel use the following prompt:
Return the subscriber count on my YouTube page [name].
or
What is the subscriber count on my YouTube page that is connected in Brain AI.
Retrieve view count
To retrieve total view count on your YouTube channel use the following prompt:
Return the view count on my YouTube page [name].
or
What is the view count on my YouTube page that is connected in Brain AI.
Retrieve video count
To retrieve total video count (public, private, and unlisted) on your YouTube channel use the following prompt:
Return the video count on my YouTube page [name].
or
What is the video count on my YouTube page that is connected in Brain AI.
Retrieve list of videos
To retrieve videos you can use the following prompt:
Return list of videos available on my channel.
You can also extract data according to publish recency, for example:
Return latest 3 videos available on my channel.
or view count:
Return most/least viewed 3 videos available on my channel.
Getting information on specific videos
You can also specify the name of the video you wish to return data on:
Return information on [insert video name] video available on my YouTube channel.
You can specify the data you want to return, like views, likes, comments. Adjust the prompt like so:
Return [likes/views/comments] on [insert video name] video available on my YouTube channel.
Upload and/or schedule videos directly
To upload videos right away or schedule them for later via chat - upload a video to a chat with Soshie, and either ask her to generate needed information or provide her with:
Title - What should the video be called?
Description - Any details about the video for the description?
Thumbnail - Do you have a custom thumbnail, or should we create one?
And she will prepare a post you'll need to approve before it's scheduled for release.
Use the following prompt to generate needed information after providing a video file in the chat:
Upload video to youtube, generate needed information.
YouTube integration notes
only one channel can be connected and managed at a time - you cannot manage multiple channels in one workspace at the same time.
all posts require video files - images can only be used as thumbnails
Brain AI supports 20MB files; hence videos need to fit in this range. In the future - the size will increase which will support longer videos.
it does not allow generating or editing videos - you have to have video files ready to upload.
you must be the owner of the YouTube channel you're connecting to.
you cannot see if the video is public or private - data is extracted on all uploaded videos, disregarding the publish settings.
