Brain AI acts as the “brain” behind your AI helpers — helping them understand your brand, business, clients or personal context.
Brain AI is a core module of Sintra: a personal (or business-focused) knowledge base that powers all of Sintra’s AI helpers. By feeding Brain AI your relevant information — such as brand guidelines, company data, documents or media — you build the “memory” and “context” that helpers draw from. This makes interactions smarter, more tailored, and reduces the need to repeatedly re-explain background every time you start a new task.
Brain AI key functionalities
Brain AI within Sintra allows:
Multi-format input: You can add different kinds of content that is used as context for Helpers and Automations.
Integration with external platforms: Brain AI can be linked to external accounts or services — integrating your workflows and data in one place and allowing additional actions to be executed by Helpers. Learn about integrations.
Unified knowledge for all AI Helpers: All of your AI helpers in Sintra have access to the same Brain AI — meaning consistent tone, accurate context, and up-to-date information across use cases. Learn about knowledge and it's maintenance.
And all of these key features enable contextual and personalised outputs. The more you enrich Brain AI with relevant info, the smarter and more context-aware your helpers become — generating content aligned with your brand voice, goals, and project history.
Brain AI benefits
Faster workflows — helpers “remember” your context.
Reduced repetition — no need to re-enter background data for each task.
Better consistency — across different types of tasks (writing, social media, data analysis, etc.).
Recommended use cases for Brain AI
For a business / brand: Create a Brain AI profile for your company — include brand guidelines, tone of voice, product/service descriptions, FAQs, past campaigns, company history, etc. This ensures all content (emails, posts, ads, reports) stays consistent.
For agencies / freelancers: Use separate profiles for different clients — keeps each client’s tone, data and brand identity distinct and organized.
For personal vs. professional separation: Maintain separate Brain AI profiles for work-related tasks, side-projects or personal pursuits.
For content heavy or data-heavy workflows: Upload documents, spreadsheets, reports, or media — helpful if your work involves frequent data analysis, summarization, content repurposing, or research.
Limitations & best practices
Brain AI is available only to users with an active Sintra plan.
If you add outdated or incorrect information to Brain AI, it may lead to wrong or irrelevant outputs — so it’s important to keep the knowledge base updated.
Not all websites can be scraped: webpages with anti-scraping measures (CAPTCHA, blocked robots, heavy JS) may not be importable via link.
Use descriptive file names and organize content clearly — helps Helpers reference correct information, especially when there are many files or media uploads.
One workspace is tied to a single Brain AI profile; hence, make sure when switching between projects/clients to pick the right Brain AI profile, so you don’t accidentally mix brand contexts.
It's not possible to share a single Brain AI context with multiple workspaces.
