Meeting Notetaker automation enables Vizzy to actually be your autonomous virtual assistant! This functionality allows her to:

  • Join your online meetings to record, transcribe, and summarise them

  • Extract action items discussed

  • Send meeting summaries and action items to all attendees after the meeting

And she will do it in the language you have spoken without any intervention on your side!

Limited Beta Access

As this is an early beta release, the feature is currently available to a limited number of users. We’ll gradually expand access as we refine and improve the experience.

What It Does

  • Vizzy automatically joins your Google Meet meetings to record, transcribe, and summarize everything discussed.

  • After each meeting, she extracts and highlights action items, then emails a summary and to-do list to all attendees.

  • The tool supports all spoken languages and adapts automatically, making it easy for international teams.

The background shows a computer screen with a video call interface, with Vizzy in focus and other participants as small windows. Vizzy is taking notes with a notepad and pen, looking attentive and friendly.

How It Works

1. Setup

  • Go to "Automations" → "Meeting Notetaker" in Sintra.

  • Connect your Google Calendar (required for Vizzy to access your meeting schedule).

2. Joining Meetings

  • Vizzy regularly checks your calendar for upcoming Google Meet events.

  • Before each meeting, she will request permission to join. You need to accept her request for her to participate.

  • Once accepted, she joins the meeting, records, transcribes, and identifies speakers and timestamps.

3. After the Meeting

  • Summaries, transcripts, and action items are automatically generated and available in the Meeting Notetaker section.

  • All attendees who joined receive an email with the summary and action items.

  • Recordings and transcripts are stored for 7 days for easy reference.

Using Meeting Summaries

  • Find summaries, recordings, and transcripts in "Automations" → "Meeting Notetaker" → [meeting name].

  • Share notes by copying the link or using the "copy" button—anyone with the link can view them, even non-Sintra users.

  • Download recordings from the summary page (available for 7 days).

  • Copy summaries, transcripts, or action items in Markdown format.

  • Action items can be checked off by anyone with access (who checked them off isn’t shown).

  • Search transcripts by attendee name or keywords to find key moments fast.

Tip: For easy sharing, just send the summary link to anyone who missed the meeting—they don’t need a Sintra account to view it.

Limitations

  • Only works with Google Meet meetings scheduled via Google Calendar.

  • Recordings and transcripts are deleted after 7 days.

  • Anyone with the summary link can access the info; there’s no way to restrict access to specific people.

  • No manual option to prompt Vizzy to join; she relies on your Google Calendar schedule.
