If you're facing issues with any integration you have set up or tried setting up, you should reset the integration connection from scratch, to remove any previously cached integration information. To do so:
Go to Brain AI tab;
Locate the integration you're having issues with or want to set up from scratch and click on it;
Click "Disconnect" and confirm the action;
Remove the initial connection:
On browser app:
First, click "Connect" on the integration;
Click the trashbin icon;
Confirm the connection's deletion.
On mobile app:
Click on the integration;
Click the trashbin icon.
Set up the integration from scratch following the initial set up.
