When you set up Notion integration - you grant access to a set list of parent pages. These parent pages can only be created by you - our helpers cannot do it. Often case, when a page is inaccessible - access to it has not been granted.

To troubleshoot this issue, do the following:

  1. First, check what pages can be accessed by asking a Helper to "list out all of the pages and databases available" to them.

  2. If you see that a certain page is missing - reconnect Notion:

    1. Go to Brain AI (brain icon).

    2. Click on Notion integration.

    3. Click "Disconnect".

    4. Click "Connect".

    5. Click the trash bin icon to remove the Notion connection that has been set up previously (this is essential in order to grant access to new pages, otherwise the integration will have access to the pages it had access to initially).

  3. when you're certain you have granted access for accessing the needed page, yet it is still unavailable - make sure you're referencing it correctly. Refer to our documentation on what actions Helpers can do with Notion and how to prompt them.
