Unable to press "continue with email" in login screen (browser)

If you encounter an issue where the "continue with email" button is unclickable - try changing the DNS on the browser to CloudFlare or Google.

Chrome browser

To change the DNS to CloudFlare or Google on Chrome, do the following:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your device.

  2. Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner, then go to Settings > Privacy and security > Security.

  3. Scroll down to the Advanced section on the next page. Under Use secure DNS, select With.

  4. Expand the options next to With, then select Google or Cloudflare.

Firefox browser

To change the DNS to CloudFlare or Google on Firefox, do the following:

  1. Click the menu 3-lines button at the top right of the screen.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Privacy & Security on the left.

  4. Scroll down to the DNS over HTTPS section.

  5. If the provider in the status field is not CloudFlare - turn off DNS over HTTPS.
