Sintra is a digital assistant platform that combines multiple AI “helpers,” a central Brain AI knowledge base and several automation workflows. It is designed to streamline business processes ranging from customer support and copywriting to data analysis, recruitment and social media management. Each helper is specialized for a particular domain (e.g., Cassie handles support queries, Dexter performs data analysis, Penn writes copy). Users interact with helpers through chat-like conversations and can customize the tone, length and language of responses.

​Brain AI

​AI Helpers

12 helpers, each with a unique persona and skill set. They can draft emails, write blog posts, analyze data, brainstorm product ideas, perform SEO audits and more. ​Automations

Automations are standalone workflows that operate outside of the chat environment. They run in the background after setup, later requiring minimal input from your side. On the Home page some helper cards show a badge to the right of their names; clicking that badge routes you to an automation setup page for that helper. Unlike use cases, automations require a quick setup process and rely on integrations. Learn about available automations.

Recurring Helper tasks

Recurring Helper tasks are scheduled tasks that run on a set timetable without you having to repeat the same instruction every time. Once you define what you want done and how often it should happen, the Helpers execute those prompt-based tasks automatically in the background, freeing you up for more strategic work. You manage these tasks from the Tasks tab in the sidebar on the left side of the screen (they aren’t triggered directly from chat). Learn about Recurring Helper tasks.

A unified Inbox for ideas generated by helpers, completed tasks awaiting your review in automations, and a Chat History panel for your past conversations with Helpers.

​FAQ

Can I generate a sequence of images using the same theme?

Yes – you have to specify this in your request. AI does not automatically remember the previous image it generated. If you wish to stay on the same theme, specify the details you liked about the previously generated image and clarify what else you’d like to see in the new one.

Are these Helpers the same as ChatGPT?

Sintra Helpers offer more than ChatGPT. You can set up knowledge libraries in Brain AI and connect other platforms so the helpers can post to social media and send emails for you, all in one place.
