Can I stop images from being reused?

Yes — and in fact, this behavior of not reusing images that were already used for social media posts is the default setting. Once used, images are not reused automatically by the Social Media Manager (autonomous post scheduling feature). If you're asking in the sense of preventing accidental reuse, the system already takes care of that for you.
