Your chats may appear to be missing if you're searching for them in another Brain AI workspace. While Sintra App does not offer a live sync feature––meaning that your progress is not updated in real time across multiple devices––refreshing your browser window or restarting the Sintra App on the other device is all it should take for your latest work to appear.
🤔 My latest chats with helpers are gone from the mobile app
If you were chatting with your helper on a browser and want to pick up the conversation in the mobile app, you will need to close (quit) the Sintra mobile app first. Once you reopen it, your latest chat data will be transferred from the web app.
To close Sintra App on iOS, double-click the Home button or swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen, swipe right to find the Sintra app, then swipe up on its' card.
Reopen the app by tapping its' icon in your Home Screen.

To close Sintra App on Android, swipe up from the bottom of your screen to the top. If you get All Apps, tap it. Swipe up on the Sintra app card.

If your chats don't appear in the mobile app after restarting it, try restarting your phone and check your chat history in the mobile app after.
In case that doesn't help, reinstall the mobile app: uninstall the app first and then reinstall it from the App Store or Play Store. After that, check the chat history in your mobile app. If your latest chats are still not there, contact us for further help.
🤔 My chats with helpers are gone from the browser app
If you were chatting with a helper on the mobile app and want to continue the conversation in the browser app, refresh your browser tab first.
Make sure you are in the correct Brain AI workspace, as data from other workspaces will not appear in the chat history list.
