Navigating and using the Sintra AI web app

Learn how to navigate Sintra's web app, including the Home Page, Power-ups, Automations, Brain AI, Chat history, Legacy features, and more.

Sintra AI is available on iOS and browser. This article will cover how to navigate Sintra's web app and how to use the provided features! The web app offers a simple design with easy access to main features through the left-side menu.

To access the web app, you will need to login by visiting app.sintra.ai/login first. Most of the navigation happens via the left side-bar.

Home Page

To access the homepage in the web app, you need to click home icon in the left panel:

The helpers page is the home page - your starting point, featuring:

Now you're familiar what features exist in the homepage, let's dive deeper into each functionality separately.

Search bar in web app


The search bar in Sintra's app allows you to ask a question or describe a task. This feature allows to be quickly directed to the helper, that's most qualified for it, out of all of the available helpers!

Simply type in your query and press enter or click the arrow button:

Once that is done - a chat with a Helper will open up, where you can continue the conversation.

Ideas in web app

The ideas feature prompts new task ideas daily from helpers to the Workspace owner. If you click on it - you simply need to go through the ideas by liking (accepting) or disliking (declining) the ideas.

When you accept an idea - the Helper will start working on it straight away. Once they'll be done, you'll see a notification next to their card:

If you'll open the chat - the idea will be executed in a chat message output!

Guided questions

The guided questions feature is orented to gather more insight on your business and collect your answers to the Workspace's knowledge base in Brain AI, that will later be used as context when executing tasks!

Automation tasks

Automation tasks appear after setting up automations in the "Automations" tab. Learn about Sintra AI automations. They appear as a notification from a Helper that owns that automation. The more automations you have set up - the more buttons you'll see here!

Helpers

To interact with a helper, simply click on its card to open the dedicated Helper chat interface. Learn about our Helpers and their capabilities.

Power-Ups

To access the Power-Ups in the web app, you need to click lightning bolt icon in the left panel:

Power-Ups are unique AI tools assigned to a specific Helper. Each Power-Up is custom-made, enabling you to perform complex AI tasks by filling in only a few fields. Learn more about SIntra AI Power-Ups.

In this tab you'll be able to:

  • Browse a library of 90+ micro AI tools

  • Perform complex tasks by filling in just a few fields

  • Find dedicated Power-Ups for each Helper

Automations

To access the Automations in the web app, you need to click toggle icon in the left panel:

Automations are simple workflows streamlining your workflow processess! Select the switch icon to set up, enable, and use Automations:

  • Create new posts for your content calendar with Soshie

  • Reply to comments on your Facebook page posts with Cassie

  • Receive daily summaries of your day's events with Vizzy

  • Try out the beta automations

If you want to be a beta tester of SIntra's features - reach out to our support with this request and your Sintra's account email will be added to our future beta tester list. Please note that only Sintra app users can become app's beta feature testers.

Brain AI

To access the Brain AI in the web app, you need to click brain icon in the left panel:

Brain AI serves as your contextual knowledge base for Sintra Helpers. Here you can:

  • Create, edit, and delete knowledge profile by clicking on the Brain AI card

  • Add connections to accounts on other platforms in the "Brain AI integrations" section

  • Add, remove and edit information (snippets of information on your brand or guidelines Helpers must follow, personal details, website links or even files) on your business in the "Knowledge Filled" section



Chat History

To access the Chat history with our helpers in the web app, you need to click chat bubble icon in the left panel:

Use this tab to access your history of latest chats with all of your helpers in chronological order from when the chat was initially created. You can also use this list to pin, rename and delete chats.


Legacy (for early customers)

Sintra started with different products that are now referred as Legacy products. Only our Legacy product users also have access to a Legacy product tab. To access the Legacy products in the web app, you need to click documenta icon in the left panel.

This tab allows accessing our old products:

  • Sintra Promps

  • Sintra Bots

  • Sintra Add-ons

  • an older version of Sintra Helpers

Note: Legacy Products are accessed through an embedded website within this page. Legacy products are not sold anymore and can only be accessed if purchased in the early stage of Sintra.

Workspaces

Your workspaces are listed out as colourful squares in the left panel of the web app:

Switch between them to work on different projects and integration connections.

Note: Separate workspaces have their own knowledge bases, integration connections, and chats with Helpers. Helpers cannot access information between Workspaces, which ensures they don't confuse information when working on tasks.

You get 5 Brain AI Workspaces included in your subscription by default; however, if you need additional workspaces - reach out to our support team directly as we offer additional workspaces for a small subscription-based fee.

Refer a friend

Sintra has a referral program that allows sharing Sintra with your friends and getting 1 month free each after they sign up for Sintra. To access the referral tab in the web app, you need to click gift box icon in the left panel:

Once you click on this icon - you will see a pop-up that will state your referral code and next steps!

Settings

To access the settings in the web app, you need to click cogwheel icon in the left panel:

Here you'll be able to:

  • Update account settings and contact information

  • View billing information

  • Change language preferences

  • Reset your password

Help section (Right Sidebar)

To easily access help on the web app, you can click "Help" button on the right side of the screen. Clicking this button will provide options to contact support, read Sintra's News, and find our Roadmap.
