To apply a coupon code in checkout, you first need to pick Sintra's products you want to apply the discount. If you need help deciding which plan is for you, read our guide on Sintra Pricing Plans.
Once you've picked the plan for you and you're in the checkout page, do the following:
Navigate to "Order summary" which is showcasing your chosen plan:
Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon code" field below the showcased plan:
Click "Apply" next to it:
Now the discount will be applied and you'll see a new price!
Finish purchasing Sintra with a discount by entering requested payment details and, once that's done, click "Submit".
Troubleshooting coupon code application issues
There are cases when a coupon code can fail. Pick the issue you're facing and find the solution below.
Error "AxiosError: Request failed" with status code 400 at checkout
If you're getting this error with status code 400 - it means that the coupon code entered has expired or is invalid.
In this case - check if the code was entered correctly or use a different one.
The coupon code is correct but it cannot be applied in checkout
In case the coupon code is correct but shows an error when applied - please reach out to our customer support team.
