Sintra App Subscriptions
If you have a Sintra App subscription (Sintra X or individual helpers), you can find your invoice history and update payment details by following these steps:
Open the Sintra Home menu and click on the cogwheel (Settings) icon in the bottom-left corner.
Navigate to the Billing section and select Manage Billing.
Scroll down to the Invoice History section.
Locate the invoice(s) you need and download them directly from the list.
If you need additional information to be included in your invoice, please send the details along with your invoice ID to [email protected].
If you cannot provide an invoice number due to account access issues, use the email address associated with your purchase to help the support team locate your account and process your request.
VAT
At the time of purchase, the order is processed as a B2C transaction. Our checkout flow does not request or collect VAT identification numbers, as our service is sold exclusively to consumers.
If you cannot log in to your Sintra account or access the email address associated with your purchase, you can still retrieve your invoices by following these steps:
Provide an alternative email address where the invoices can be sent.
Verify your identity with the Sintra support team.
Request invoice delivery to the new email address once your identity is confirmed.
Because of this, we are required to apply VAT based on the customer’s location, and the invoice was issued correctly under EU VAT rules. We’re not able to retroactively change the tax treatment or reissue the invoice as a B2B purchase. All of our transactions are currently treated as business-to-customer. We collect VAT on behalf of your country and use the EU VAT MOSS system, which covers all European countries.
Forgotten Login Credentials: Use the password recovery option on the Sintra login page to regain access to your account.
No Access to Original Email Address: Follow the steps outlined in the "Restricted Access" section to provide an alternative email address.
Missing Invoice Number: Refer to the email address used during the purchase to assist in locating your account.
If VAT does not apply to you or your company, you may download the needed invoice from your account and then claim the tax return in your local tax office.
