To log in to Sintra, you first need to have an active subscription to Sintra. If you don’t have an active subscription, you’ll be redirected to our pricing page. Learn about our AI helpers and get a subscription according to your needs in Sintra’s pricing page.
Login to Sintra for the first time
If it’s your first time trying to log in to sintra.ai, make sure you have Sintra’s products purchased. If that’s done - follow the steps below:
Go to Sintra’s login page:
Enter your email, associated with your Sintra account - the same one, entered in the checkout page.
Click “Continue with email”:
In a new window, go to your email inbox, as a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Copy the OTP:
If you cannot find athe one time password in your email inbox, follow the steps in the troubleshooting login issues section.
Go back to the login page and input the code to access your account:
Once you have accessed your account - you will need to set up a new, permanent password that you will be using to login to sintra.ai later on. This can be done after you complete your onboarding process.
Setting a permanent password
Set up a permanent password for sintra.ai by following the steps below:
Go to the Sintra App settings page by clicking on the cog-wheel icon in the bottom-left corner:
Look for the “Set Password” option:
Follow the prompts to create and confirm your new password.
Now you have a permanent password to use for your future logins!
Login to Sintra continuously
To log in to Sintra App after you have set up a permanent password, you need to:
Go to Sintra’s login page and enter your email address, that’s associated with your Sintra account:
Click “Continue with email”:
Enter your password and click “Log in”:
Now you can access Sintra’s homepage!

Didn't receive the OTP?
If you didn't receive a one time password in your email inbox, do the following:
Check your spam folder of the email address you used to register.
If you still can't find it, contact our support team for a temporary password
Login screen is white
In case your login screen is white, check if you have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
