Login Process
Visit the login page: Go to app.sintra.ai/login
Enter your email: Use the email associated with your Sintra account
Receive OTP: A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email
Enter OTP: Input the code on the login page to access your account
Note: Only paid customers with active Sintra products can access the Sintra App. If you're not a customer, you'll be redirected to the Sintra Pricing page.

Check your spam folder
If you still can't find it, contact our support team for a temporary password
Setting a Permanent Password
After logging in, you can set a new permanent password:
Go to the Sintra App settings page
Look for the "Set Password" option
Follow the prompts to create and confirm your new password
