Login to Sintra for the first time
If it’s your first time trying to log in to Sintra.ai, make sure you have Sintra’s products purchased. If that’s done - follow the steps below:
Go to Sintra’s login page:
Enter your email, associated with your Sintra account - the same one, entered in the checkout page.
Click “Continue with email”:
In a new window, go to your email inbox, as a 6-digit One-Time Login Code will be sent to your email. Copy the code:
If you cannot find athe one time password in your email inbox, follow the steps in the troubleshooting login issues section.
Go back to the login page and input the code to access your account:
Once you have accessed your account - you will need to set up a new, permanent password that you will be using to login to Sintra.ai later on. This can be done after you complete your onboarding process.
Setting a permanent password
Set up a permanent password for Sintra.ai by following the steps below:
Go to the Sintra App settings page by clicking on the cog-wheel icon in the bottom-left corner:
Scroll down until you find the “Set up password” button:
Follow the prompts to create and confirm your new password.
Now you have a permanent password to use for your future logins!
Login to Sintra continuously
To log in to Sintra App after you have set up a permanent password, you need to:
Go to Sintra’s login page and enter your email address, that’s associated with your Sintra account:
Click “Continue with email”:
Enter your password and click “Log in”:
Now you can access Sintra’s homepage!
Troubleshooting login issues
If you are experiencing issues with the Sintra app, such as login problems, or repeated onboarding prompts, use the following troubleshooting steps to resolve your problem:
General Troubleshooting Steps:
Verify Account Status and Payment Processed:
Ensure your Sintra account is active and fully recognized.
Confirm that your payment has been successfully processed. An inactive account due to an unsuccessful payment may prevent access to features.
Check for Error Messages and Credentials:
Verify your login credentials are correct.
Take note of any error messages, as these details can assist in further troubleshooting.
Update the Sintra App:
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Sintra app. App updates can often fix bugs and resolve issues such as repeated logouts or failure to generate files.
Repeated Onboarding Prompts:
If the Sintra mobile app prompts you to go through onboarding again unexpectedly, follow these steps:
Uninstall the Sintra app from your device.
Reinstall the app from your device's app store.
Open the app and sign in again. Reinstalling the app refreshes its settings and clears corrupted data that may cause onboarding loops.
If the Sintra browser app prompts you to go through onboarding again unexpectedly, Follow these steps:
Try logging in on an incognito browser.
Try logging in on a different browser.
Try logging in on another device.
