How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends, fellow business owners, or your audience. When someone signs up through your link and stays subscribed for 14 days, you both get rewarded.

When do I receive my reward?
Rewards are released after a 14-day holding period. This window exists to confirm the new subscription is active and hasn't been cancelled or refunded. Once the 14 days pass, your reward is processed and paid out — typically within 24 hours.
How am I paid?
Referral rewards are paid in cash via PayPal or Bank transfer through Cello, our referral program partner. You'll be able to claim your reward directly in the referral portal.
What do I get for referring someone?
You earn $45 in cash for every person who subscribes through your referral link and remains subscribed past the 14-day period.
What does my friend get?
Your friend receives 250 Sintra credits after their first 14 days as an active subscriber.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. You can refer as many people as you like — every successful referral earns you $45.
Can I refer someone who used Sintra before?
Yes — as long as they're not an active subscriber. If your friend had Sintra in the past but canceled, they can subscribe again through your referral link, and it counts: they'll get their 250 free credits, and you'll earn your $45 once their purchase is confirmed. Just make sure they sign up through your link.
What happens if the person I referred cancels?
If the person you referred cancels their subscription or receives a refund during the 14-day holding period, the pending reward is automatically cancelled. Rewards only apply to referrals who remain active subscribers past the 14-day mark.
Where can I see the status of my rewards?
You can track all your referrals and rewards in the Sintra referral portal.
Does my friend need to do anything special?
Just sign up through your referral link and keep their subscription active for 14 days. The reward is applied automatically — no codes or extra steps needed.
Who runs the referral program?
The program is powered by Cello, a trusted referral platform. Cello handles reward tracking and payouts on Sintra's behalf.
