If you enter your password in the login page and it keeps loading, turns blank/white - it doesn't mean your account is inactive. Do the following:
First, try refreshing the page.
If that does not help, clear cache and cookies completely and try again.
If the issue persist after these 2 steps, check if you have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
