Didn't receive the one-time login code

When logging in for the first time via email, you receive a code via email that needs to be entered in the login screen. Learn what to do if this happens to you.

When logging in to Sintra browser app for the first time via email - you receive a one-time login code to your email inbox. This code needs to be entered in the login screen to authenticate your access. If you didn't receive a one time password in your email inbox, do the following:

  1. Check your spam folder of the email address you used to register.

  2. Submit the request again in a few minutes, and check your spam folder.

  3. If you still can't find it, contact our support team for a temporary password, Cassie can assist you with this.
