When logging in to Sintra browser app for the first time via email - you receive a one-time login code to your email inbox. This code needs to be entered in the login screen to authenticate your access. If you didn't receive a one time password in your email inbox, do the following:
Check your spam folder of the email address you used to register.
Submit the request again in a few minutes, and check your spam folder.
