Sintra helpers can now pass your requests to other helpers and collaborate on a task without you having to copy-paste the request from one chat to another.

To use this feature in chat with a helper, clearly state the following:

  1. Name of helper they should talk to for assistance;

  2. Clear task the assisting helper should perform.

Example prompts

Ask [helper] to do [specific task]
Generate an image of puppies. Ask Penn to write a caption. Then prepare an Instagram post featuring this caption and the image of puppies for review.
Ask Vizzy to generate an image [image details].

Important notes

  1. Assisting helpers (for example Vizzy, if we refer to the last example prompt) cannot use integrations (connections to other apps). This means that Vizzy can generate an image while you're chatting with Soshie, but if you want the image posted on your Instagram, you will have to ask Soshie to use that image for your post.

  2. The "main" helper (as per example, Soshie) cannot delegate tasks to another helper. If you start working on a task with one helper, this is the helper that needs to finalize the task.

  3. You can open a chat with one helper at a time. If you want your helper to chat with multiple helpers, you need to ask for that in a sequence:

    first achieve [task 1] with [assisting helper's name], then talk to [next assisting helper's name] for [task 2]
  4. The chat your helper has with another helper will not be visible in Chat History.

  5. This feature is still in development. Helpers can misinterpret ambiguous requests. If you notice something that could be improved, inform us.

Troubleshooting

Consider the suggestions below if you're facing issues using this feature. If they don't resolve your issue, use the Help button to start a chat with our team.

  • Make sure the action you're asking the other helper to complete does not require using any integrations (email, calendar, socials).

  • Try rephrasing the request to clarify what should be done by both Helpers.

  • Use verbs for actions instead of nouns:

    • instead of "optimisation" -> use "optimise";

    • instead of "generation" -> use "generate";

    • instead of "analysis" -> use "analyse" and so on.
