In cases when you vaguely remember a chat you had before, only a specific keyword is stuck in your head, and you know that chat was important - the ability to quickly navigate through information is the key to finding that conversation. In such situations, the global chat history feature enables you to instantly search across all past conversations, turning a single keyword into a direct path to critical information.

All of the conversations that you have had with our AI Helpers are included when you search for a specific topic or conversation in the Chat History! This functionality looks for exact keyword matches.

How to find a specific term in Chat History

Since our global search functionality will not display the exact term you’re looking for within the chat but list out the chats that have this keyword - there’s a way to do it on your computer for short chats. You'll need to open up each chat and inspect it individually:

  1. Go to “Chat History”.

  2. Search for the term you want to find.

  3. Click on the chat suggested.

  4. Click CTRL+F on Windows or CMD+F on macOS.

  5. Type the term you want to find in the field that pops up.

If the chat you had was longer - you may need to scroll up, until you find it.
