In cases when you vaguely remember a chat you had, but you know it was important - the ability to quickly navigate through information is the key to finding that conversation. With this and our customer feedback in mind, we have developed and released global chat search functionality on February 3, 2025, for both iOS and Web apps, ensuring seamless access across platforms.
Now, all of the conversations that you have had with our AI Helpers since this day - will be included when you search for a specific topic or conversation in the Chat History! This functionality will not look for exact matches, but it will look for resemblance to your performed search as it works on semantic (contextual) basis.
It’s important to note that, to ensure security and efficiency - we could only include those chat messages that were sent or received after the feature was rolled out. This means that chat messages sent or received until February 3, 2025, will not be included in the search, even if they have the keywords you’re looking for.
How to find a specific term in Chat History
While our global search functionality will not display the exact term you’re looking for in this point in time - there’s a way to do it on your computer for short chats. You'll need to open up each chat and inspect it individually:
Go to “Chat History”.
Look for the term you want to find.
Click on the chat suggested.
Click CTRL+F on Windows or CMD+F on macOS.
Type the term you want to find in the field that pops up.
If the chat you had was longer - you may need to scroll up, until you find it.
How to provide feedback on Global Chat Search feature
